This weekend my boyfriend and I made a surprise trip to Gooseberry Falls State Park. While waiting to get a good shot of the upper falls, a redheaded woman carefully made her way out to this rock to perch. While her head was down, I took a few shots and this one I liked. She looks as if she is posing for some well-thought idea, but it was her instinct as she was waiting for someone to come over to her.
Is this a polaroid - or is DA just adding data...
Great polaroid shot if it is - uhhh mean great in any case, but my own limited work with polaroids makes this stand out even more so if that's the case,
Have an SX-70 gathering dust... and last time had it out, had problems finding film - everyone's gone digital... nice to see great work done "old school"
this is very expressive and I like that is in black and white. Actually the perspective is very unusual I guess (A bit from above) but it gives the pic something special.
It's good, that the water has a very deep contrast aka is very dark, while she is very light! Good work
For those who have many watchers, and for those who dont have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
